Regarding O2 bill

Hey. I have received a mail from o2shop@o2.com saying that there is nothing to pay for this month when I have cancelled my contract plan. But two days later, I have received an email from mycare@o2mail.co.uk saying that I have a due amount that needs to be paid. What's happening here?

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions or query bills etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
