Hey,

I pressed the wrong thing and I wasn’t meant to top up. This is my second time using O2 and I’m still struggling.

would I be able to get a refund so I could by a goodybag?

O2 don't give goodybags I'm afraid and it's doubtful if you would get a refund for topping up in error.

You could call them on 4445
