I moved from 02 to EE in December. There is a credit on my account and they advise to use my 02 account to claim the refund. However they have all but closed my account and customer services haven't responded to me for over 2 days presumably as I am no longer a customer. Any advice on how to obtain the refund would be gratefully appreciated. Many thanks Aileen

Sounds like Payment Management would be the best bet
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
