@Patti010971

O2 made some changes earlier this week to how data use is displayed in the app.

You still get the same ampunt of data though nut check the date of expiry in your bolt on.

The additional data will end at your contract renewal date.

So I’m only limited to 3gb until when? It’s ridiculous that I be been reduced to 3gb when I actually use internet a lot because I’m deaf!! It’s my only communication access!!

No that isn't the case if you read the link posted above. Once your 3GB is used the remaining data will start immediately. It will be shown as a bolt on in My O2

If you signed up to an extra data contract you won't.
They shownyour normal data and a bolt on with the extra data, as explained in the link posted earlier.
If you have passed the date the extra data ran until then you now only have your normal data.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Not at all.

As I said, it's only the way data is displayed that has changed, not the amount.

You need to look in TWO places on MyO2 app/website to see what data amount you have.

This example looks like a 25GB data tariff, but there's a multiplier bolt-on, free, in effect that gives a total of 75GB per month.

The bolt-on ends after 2 years, at that time, unless a new contract is signed, data will drop to 25GB (in this example) :

Hope this helps, @Patti010971
