Hi friends, my first message (I'm in awe of you guys so be gentle with me). I noticed my Spotify sub in recent Charges on MyO2 app was highlighted in red. Phones customers svc to ask why they say it's always been that way for a subscription service charge (as opposed to, for example, a picture Message charge which would be in normal blue script).

This is no big deal really but I'd like to know was the guy right, I'm certain it was never red before.

Thx if you know slight_smile

It shows red once the charge is applied because you haven’t actually paid it.
Once you pay your bill it should change colour.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Betablue As long as you aren't being overcharged...(make sure the premium isn't due for renewal) then I don't think you have anything to worry about...:smileywink:

Thanks guys that was correct 90%. It turns blue as soon as they bill it. All my bills are DD but looks like they change is soon as it is billed rather than paid but not splitting hairs, still the right answer and much appreciated

No worries.
I get the colour change but never paid much attention to which way it went as all paid by DD too.
