I upgraded last week from sim only for 20 pounds a month to a new phone for 31 pounds a month. Can I not keep the payments together as I have two different dates where money will be taking out and that doesn't suit me. Can you please advise, thanks.

If you are on a refresh tariff, both payments will be taken on the same day.

Your billing date doesn't change either so will be the same as your sim only tariff was.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
