Hi I am allowed to change my contract from 01st Nov 20 . I want to stay with O2 and have seen a Sim only offer on O2 through uswitch . Do I need to order this sim or if I call O2 will I get the same offer as I want to keep my current number

To get the offer you'll need to order through U Switch which should bring you to the O2 website to complete the order.

Unless this is an upgrade, you'll need to call O2 to migrate your number to the new contract.

If it says you are upgrading, your number will transfer automatically.
