Hello I try to put an order for a phone on contract but they tell me that to pay 400£ to dispatch the phone and I don t confirm that but they still charge me 30£. Can anyone tell me why

The £30 is the standard up front fee which is held in a shadow account until the order is complete.

If you do not complete the order, it will be returned to your account in 4 to 5 days.
