Purchasing a phone on a monthly contract

Hi 

 

I attempted to take a phone out on contract on the Website, I was able to pay the deposit which was taken and selected pick up in store while processing to final stages I got the error "Oops something went wrong" and the payment deposits was taken, I checked order history and this shows blank 

Anyone know what to do now? Or why it didn't go through?
