Provided PAC code however, old number still hasn't transferred

I've transferred from 3, provided the PAC code when I made the order of the new contract and its been a week since this and my old number still hasn't transferred. I've also filled out the online form for transfers and nothing has happened. The website doesn't provide an answer and I'm not being connected to someone. I have 9 days left until my PAC code expires and would like to get this resolved asap.

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
