Hi. I bought a new Apple watch and would like to transfer my current plan from my old one but when I try to do it I get a message like the one in the video I recorded. Can you help me to fix this problem. I get this message when I try to move my current plan

Oops, something went wrong. Try again and if the
problem continues call 202 for free from your 02

As I explained to @Marcos13 on a previous thread, you can transfer a data plan.

You need to start a new one and cancel the old one with O2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
