Why is it that a sim only deal can get 50 gb for £30 but I'm on contract and pay more for less gb. Been with this company since the celnet days is this what loyalty gets you. Maybe it's time to investigate my options.Ther is also an unlimited deal that has better value than what your giving your contracted customers. 

Do you not care or is just about getting the money off us?

I expect you have been through all the deals that O2 have presently.

As you know we are a Customer based Community so cannot help you in your deliberations,

however if you feel that you would like a word with o2 they do have a social media team, 

maybe they could walk you through the options.  

There are definitely plenty of options out there of course for anyone to take advantage of.
