Your bill normally comes to £40.06. But this month you've already spent £22.04 more than that (and that's without VAT).

I think you have made an error, my monthly bill is not 40.06 but £26.50. I have my contract of agreement that I signed at Car phone warehouse on 7/10/2016. I think you have to look at your set up as I have unlimited minutes and tests and 3 GB inclusive data, so do not understand where these additions are coming from. The initial phone number was xxxx and on Tuesday your company use the PAC number I gave you to transfer my number.
I have just checked up online and I have been charged for "Premium items" but I have not used my phone whilst abroad and turned off mobile data recording. Any ideas?
