So , I've searched the community and cant find this yet (apologies if it's there somewhere!)

If i preorder a device online, (s20 ultra), will it be available to collect as soon as the store is open, or will it still be delivered on the release date?

Stock depending, it will be delivered to the store the day before for collection on release day, but O2 are already mentioning delays for some versions so check before you travel.
