I have just received a letter from O2, regarding an iPad Pro ?
And a 48 month device plan ?
Mobile broadband no xxxxxxxxxxxx
I know nothing about this?

You need to cal O2 immediately to report a potential fraud issue Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
