Porting process to O2

I completed a porting form online to transfer my number over from Smarty. PAC and all the relevant details submitted. The form was submitted ok, but wondering if there’s any update by email or anything to advise the form was successfully submitted and the porting is under way?

If it was received OK you will have been sent a text to the number you are keeping.

If you didn't get a text, you need to submit the form again or call O2.
