I have noticed a smash in one of my cameras on my IPHONE 12 PRO MAX. 
I am wondering how I go about knowing if my phone is insured and how I would claim to get a new phone.

Do you pay extra on your o2 bill for insurance? and for the policy that includes accidental damage.  (it will be approx £9 per month).

If you do then you are covered by o2, and pay the excess they will be able to fix the camera or replace the phone.  and you need to call o2 on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.

If not then you are not insured by o2 so, check you home contents insurance and see if you are covered there.
