I’ve recently changed my o2 contract to a different one with the phone in I got given a different SIM card and got told my current one will come up as no service when it does change to the other SIM card it’s been 2 weeks now and still hasn’t gone on to no service so I’m paying for both SIM cards but only using one ?

You only need the new sim if the old one doesn't fit your new phone.

You can continue to use the old sim if it fits and is working.
