Can anyone help?
My phone tariff is £24 higher than it should be. I’ve tried to contact o2 via phone and online but no joy.
Not sure how to resolve this, when I can’t even speak to them but I’m sure they would be calling me if I didn’t pay - what shall I do?

Your MyO2 will tell you why http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

but to question it,

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thank you. I will try that now as I’ve called and been cut off as it’s not fraud or stolen

@MI5
It worked, thank you again.
At first I was told that I was correctly charged for two months but when calculated, it appears that I have been incorrectly charged and due a refund.
I should be getting a call back tomorrow to arrange this.
