Help!!! I want my old o2 number on my new sim, i’ve changed contracts (my father was paying the last contract) and have tried phoning but no one has helped at all!!

@Luned Is the old contract your father was paying for still active? If so, you would have to call customer service and both be on the call together in order to migrate the number to your new contract. Best time to try to get through is 8 am. All numbers in the link below.

You and your father would need to be present - so you can request the number, and he can authorise it moving.

Hey @Luned , how are you getting on with your SIM and new contract? Did you manage to get everything sorted since you last posted?
