hello, I have an old Samsung phone that I swapped for an iphone. Having set up my own bsuiness I reralised I needed a new telephone number so went with a virgin SIM only deal. Issue is that when I inserted the Virgin SIM card into my old Samsung it would not allow me to enter the PUK number...keeps on telling me its blocked.

So basically, do I need to get 02 to unblock my old phone so I can use the virgin SIM?

Cheers

Dean

You'll need to unlock your Samsung Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
