Hello I due to a few changes in circumstances I will be have to pay the bill I owe on the 1st along side my other Florine bill due to changes in work and so sorry for the inconvenience hopefully we can get it sorted thank you

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions or query bills etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
