My phone bill is saying-£21 but I paid it when I got paid. Does this mean I'm £21 in credit?

If you are in credit there will be a minus sign in front of the -£21

It's possible you are in credit if you also have a direct debit set up

Or it's possible your payment hasn't cleared yet
