Hello can anyone help? I can’t afford to pay my full bill after being furloughed and I also can’t get through to an advisor. What do I do?

You need to call O2. All numbers are in this guide. You should ask to speak to the payment management team, though use any or all of the numbers available

Thanks for your reply.

I have tried calling the numbers. But I get a message saying due to what’s going on in the world they are short staffed and then get cut off. Also I have been cut off now and can’t make outgoing calls.

Borrow a phone, use a landline or use Skype to call @Neil3 

The number ending 4005 has a higher success rate than most.

They opened at 8am so you just have to keep trying. PRESS ANY OPTION (even Fraud)
