Hi I paid most of my bill have been trying to get hold of someone but no luck but I only owe £11 but don't get paid until 22nd is there any way they can get me back on

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
