Hi I can’t afford my full bill that month and was trying to phone 02 to explain but it’s no letting me I was wondering if I would be able able to pay half today and then the full amount next month and I have been kicked out my house and had to leave my job too thank you

If you are still able to dial out, give 0800 902 0217 a call. If not, are you able to get to an o2 store? They will be able to put you through. Another way is to use o2 wifi and use Skype to call the number I gave you. Let me know how you get on.
