Solved: Phone bill but my sim has been disconnected

I’m trying to pay for my bill but I can’t call because my line has been disconnected.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
