I have 2 contract phones. I lost one at the weekend and put a bar on the sun and device so there was no fraudulent transactions. I found the phone 2 hours later and called customer services to have the bar removed on the sim and the device. This has now been going on for 3 days I have rung customer service multiple times and have been told the bar has been lifted every single time. The SIM card IS working. The device is NOT WORKING! I have turned phone off and on multiple time I have reset network settings and it is still NOT WORKING! PLEASE can someone help me

You can investigate a bit more by trying a different SIM in your handset ; and by trying your SIM in a different handset. That will enable you to isolate whether it is a SIM or a device issue.
