Phone barred despite payment, cant contact customer support

Yesturday evening I paid my most recent bill off slightly late after informing customer services a week earlier that i would be making a late payment. However my phone has been barred despite this and I have no way of getting into contact with them again since 202 is blocked and I dont have ready acsess to a landline phone. Any advice? Thanks.

the phone chat line is 'busy'. I have the same problem. it's disgusting how O2 can charge so much and be this incompetent.

Hi 123e and Welcome to the forum.

They will still be busy from the iPhone launch. Try contacting them at off peak times such as early evening.

Patience certainly is a virtue.
