@BrinsleyAndrew You need to follow the link and keep trying. Best time to get through will be 8 am. If you cancel your contract it will incur a negative mark on your credit, which will follow you long after this is all over. There's nothing anyone here can do. As frustrating as it is, you'll just have to persevere with calling.
