My phone service has been cut off again it should not be off I am paying my bill on the 7th this has been discussed now it's happened 4 times in the last 2 weeks this is not good enough i need to pay Bill's today I am paying on the 7th this should not be happening

All services with all Companies are stressed out at the moment.

If you need to call customer services try early 08.00 am you may be luckier then.

No that doesn't help me I need my service on now I need to pay my phone bill and i need to pay .y rent and insurance this isn't good enough if anything I will cancel my contract this is ridiculous

@BrinsleyAndrew You need to follow the link and keep trying. Best time to get through will be 8 am. If you cancel your contract it will incur a negative mark on your credit, which will follow you long after this is all over. There's nothing anyone here can do. As frustrating as it is, you'll just have to persevere with calling.
