People think my phone is always engaged

It isn't and even revlbooting it doesn't clear the fault. I can call out but everyone tells me my phone is always engaged. Anyone come across this before? It's an iPhone 6.

Dial ##002# <call> to cancel all diverts.
You will need to enable voicemail again after this, if you use it.
