I paid my bill had my phone turned back on and now they turned off again and payment overdue which I paid got evidence that it been paid what do I do

@Kat1986 If you want to avoid this happening again, set up a Direct Debit.
You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217. Use Skype if you have no phone to use to call: Guide: A Guide to Skype
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
