I am unable to pay due to minimal money because of lockdown covid-19 and I cannot get in contact with anyone to let them know????

I get through to payment support then it says we are looking up your account then says we have sent u a text of your balance ! Really 02 ! Need to speak to someone but obviously if your bill is due in a day or 2 they cut you off !! Definitely will not renew contract !
