I can’t pay for my phone bill due to my job closing due to coronovirus what am I suppose to do?

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I am unable to make payment until the 20th due to the Coronavirus. I have tried to contact the number above, though it's not taking calls. Can someone advise.
