Absolutely terrible service from o2 I have been a loyal customer for 15years maybe more the problem I am having is a monthly direct debit was due on the 3/5/23 I didn't have the money in my account . But I payed this bill manually on the 5/5/23 debit taken from my bank on the 6/5/23 showing on the bank statement as payment taken on the 9/5/23 they have cut me off even though payment was made albeit a couple of days late. I got through to customer service today to be told that the systems takes a few days to register more than 10days in this case plus cut off also to be told there is nothing she could do apart from I could pay my next month's bill plus a £6 late charge from last months bill they are threatening to take a large sum from my bank on the 30/5/23 for missing the one on the 3/5/23 plus next months even though I have made payment I have been without a phone now for nearly a week I have never been so disgusted with the lack of help from o2 especially in the given times when my contract ends with yourself I will be moving on absolute joke
