Anyone else having trouble paying your phone bill? I’ve paid mine but is still saying I haven’t. My data and calls have been removed and the worst part about is I can’t even speak to a HUMAN BEING.

Been trying for 3 days. Payment has been taken out for my bill just saying I haven’t payed it and O2 are clearly not following there Easter hours because even their fraud line isn’t working.

MyO2 is showing weird things at the moment too, randomly - it should sort itself out later in the week, I hope. 

 

My tariff front page in MyO2 app should show countdown from 75GB monthly, but for the last couple of days, this:
