Paid my monthly bill and was took out of bank but is still showing as i need to pay

@MegJ266 It can take up to 48 hours to clear O2's account. If you're concerned, speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If you want to avoid issues like this in the future, set up a Direct Debit.
