Paying phone bill

I have gone to pay my bill today and it’s double the price that it should be and it’s saying that half of it is “balance brought forward” can anyone help me out as I’m abit confused as to what this means?

That would imply that the full amount wasn't paid last month and the balance due has been carried over to this month.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
