If i have a phone contract and im only ment to pay £37 each month what would happen if i was to pay £100 each month.

So if my contract is a total of £888 i could pay it in full and it will automaticaly come from that credit each month?

Yes, once you have accrued enough credit, just call O2 to pay off the contract.
