Paying last bill

Hi there, i got a letter explaining i had to pay off my last bill. I thought i had already done this however, my ‘lastest’ bill has been prosessed and i cant see the reamining money on the bill. I was wondering if i have to pay the money into somewere?

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Hi @Charlie1998 

 

You will always get a statement sent through the post when your device plan is paid off. You can log into My O2 to see confirmation of this. Please remeber on Refresh, device and airtime are paid seperatley. Once you've paid off your device the direct debit for the device will automatically stop. If you would like to cancel the airtime as well you will need to speak to customer services to give your 30 days notice, if you havent already done so.

There is an option on My O2 to pay to remaining amount. Should i pay through that or will it automatically come out?

You still need to pay it off but leave the direct debit in place and it will come out automatically.
