Paying from abroad

Anonymous
Not applicable

Good afternoon,

I have been living in Canada for 5 months now and have a Visa lasting until 2025.

I still have payments to make on my current plan, however, as I am working in Canada I am using a Canadian bank account. How am I able to change my payment details so I can continue to play my device plan using this Canadian bank account as I am no longer getting income into my British account.

Thank you,

Ben

Well that was quick, you obviously dont want help but here goes

Simple answer is no, you will have to use a UK issued card or a UK Bank Account to pay your bills..

It is your responsibility to pay the bills on time from Canada, have a look at the likes of a wise account, and then move money into there and pay using their Debit Card or Account

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
