Has anyone been able to speak to an adviser about payments, if not earning the now do they have anything in place until we back to work?

You need to contact the payment management team https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/payment-support

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Issue is, I've no other method of contacting them except through this number, and as it's been disconnected I can't get through on any number >.<
