I paid my airtime bill on the 6th and it has been taken out of my bank again so you have took it out twice

O2 have only taken it once

You made the error in paying too close to the DD cut off date

That was too close to your direct debit date for it to register as paid. 

It will be a credit on your account now to cover next month's bill.
