I bought 2 new phones with new numbers on for Christmas. We put the existing sims into the phones to keep existing numbers so now I need to pay off the old devices and cancel the new numbers

@Sally15

You need to migrate your old numbers to the new contracts.

Your old contracts will be cancelled for free assuming you're beyond your minimum term.

You will then continue to pay the price for your new contracts.

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@Sally15 If you've gone past the 14 day cooling off period on the new numbers you may be into a very big bill to cancel them: Cancelling your contract - An updated guide - O2 Community
