Hi there!
I recently took out a pay monthly contract not too long ago (a few hours, cough, cough.) — but the main issue is, I totally regret it! I was led to believe that it was 24gb for £20-ish pounds.

It was in fact not. It was only 12gb for £20 (Ye-owch!) — Which is especially bad when my previous rolling plan gave me 30gb for £15.

Now; I could easily call, I know. But I have crippling  anxiety, and phone anxiety. So I tried the help chat. It was no help! Every agent is apparently busy, So I’m wondering if there’s another method of reaching out before my 14 days are up?

Mucho Gracias! 💖

@G3rnet

If you have Virgin Media BB you can apply for Volt which will double your data Volt Megaguide

If not, cancellation guide here Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if yo can - on Facebook  (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) ,

 Twitter  (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW)  or

 Instagram  (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255, free from any phone or landline or via Guide: A Guide to Skype - best time to try calling is around 08:10am.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
