Pay and go rewards account is frozen.

After having a delayed text for a passcode for o2 rewards, I tried them all in which none worked only to get frozen out.

I have been told on live chat, my account will be unfrozen in 24 hours, is this true?

It maybe true but I'd advise calling 4445 to speak to CS to check.
