Hi all,
Hopefully someone can help me.
I have a new Sim which is showing 'no service' and I no longer have the old one as I lost the device it was in:
- I can't text SWAP to 20220 as I have no service.
- I can't use the Customer Service number as, due to Covid-19, it hangs up on me for non-urgent issues.
- I have tested the Sim on another device and it doesn't work.
- The online help refers me to Sim section that encourages me to text SWAP.
- The o2 store isn't open.
How can either speak to someone or ensure the new Sim works?

Your only option is to speak to O2.
Choose any number and press any option regardless of whether it's relevant to you or not.
