Hi,

I have an overdue balance on my account as I was unable to pay last months bill due to Covid-19.

I have tried calling o2 but I cant get through to someone to discuss it and no live chat is open.
I am being threatened with device terminations and I dont want that but no matter what form of contact I try, I cant get through.

Can someone help?

Hello @Shoof90

So Sorry to hear you have difficulties.

You really need to sort this out, please be patient with o2 customer services

I have tried this time and time again. The lines are only open for lost and stolen phones. For anything else it says to go online. No one is available to talk to online either, so how do I win.

You just chose any option and keep trying.
