Partners purchases added to my bill

I added an extra phone number to my account for my partner to use, but it seems that whenever she makes an additional purchase through her number (eg iTunes), the cost of this seems to end up in my bill instead of hers, I’m assuming as I’m the account holder that’s why that happens, but how do I get this changed??

Change the payment method in iCloud to her account.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
