Parental Controls

Hey guys.

Would like some help/advice if you can give it. I am giving my phone to my young cousin to use for a while and I would like to make sure he doesn't come across inapporpraite sites. I have called o2 customer service and used the online parental control setup to restrict access to 18+ content. However when I test it it's blocking EVERY website not just adult or gambling content. Going to a non-questionable site like www.theverge.com or BBC news I get the o2 blocked message.

Is there a way to setup access where he can go to 'okay' sites and not others - rather than a blanket 'no website access at all' rule?

Thanks in advance,

James

Try turning off the Parental Controls, and doing it by using the Age Verification here:
